Manufacturing & Sharpening

We manufacture and sharpen carbide and HSS tools for multiple sectors: gear cutting, automotive, mechanical engineering, plastics, the graphic industry, paper mills, and more.

We also offer an exclusive re-sharpening service for broaches up to 350 mm in diameter and 3 meters in length.

Our sharpening service is structured to ensure consistent performance over time, with high quality standards that maximize production line efficiency. Our “All Inclusive” formula ensures that tools are always ready for use when needed.

Testing & Inspection

Our climate-controlled metrology room is equipped with next-generation instruments: 3D Measuring Machine, Altimeter, Hardness Tester, Roughness Tester, Roundness Tester, Measuring Microscope, and Profile Projector.

Every tool undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure full compliance with the customer’s technical specifications.

Coating

We offer surface treatment services to extend tool life: Surface coating (TiN, TiCN, TiAlN, AlCrN) and Surface modification (nitriding, carburizing, hardening).

We utilize advanced technologies such as PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition), which provides increased hardness, chemical resistance, and thermal stability, reducing cutting edge wear and improving performance.

Logistics and Packaging

We have developed a comprehensive pick-up and delivery service operating in Italy and abroad. Thanks to dedicated and qualified personnel, we guarantee tool collection and return within agreed timelines, minimizing machine downtime and ensuring efficient logistics management.
